I booked the service through their website. It’s in Japanese but I just easily translate the language to english with my browser. Once you do it, it’s easy to understand and navigate.

Booked the first slot of the day, and everyone was so friendly, helpful, and warm. Language was not really a problem, although there were only two of the staff who can speak basic english (one is fluent in mandarin, i think) but everyone’s trying their best to understand and help. With Google translate, there should be no problem at all.
They have so many options, it’s confusing at first but they will help you choose, mix and matching the colors too (which was so helpful for indecisive person like me 😂)
Hairdo and dressing up was done in a flash, and everything finished in exactly one hour. Totally a pro, I’d say!
Lovely staff, many options, on-time and professional service, I’d totally recommend the place 🙂
