予約をしていなかったので、12時頃に戻ってきて欲しいと言われました。近くで早めのランチを食べた後に戻りました…。美しい着物がたくさん選べます。手続きは迅速で簡単です。着付けを手伝ってもらい、着物は午後5時30分までに返却すればよいです（朝レンタルしたお客様は午後4時30分までに返却です）。

Asked us to come back around 12noon as we didnt make any reservations. Went back after early lunch nearby….lots of choices of beautiful kimono. Process is quick and simple. Help us to dress up and just need to return the kimono before 5.30pm (will be 4.30pm for customer who rent in the morning)

Amazing service! I went in with my 2 sisters without reservations and they attended us right away. The ladies are so kind and they had us out quickly but still took their time fixing our kimonos and doing our hair. We loved it so much, we’re considering doing it again! Thank you to the amazing staff for making us feel so comfortable and beautiful 🌸💕 the hair was included in the total price and they did a great job, definitely check them out!
